Running it as admin, turning down Physx, compatibility mode for Win 7, Win 8, different resolutions. Updated BIOS. Drivers are up to date. Verified files. Uninstalled UHD pack. If your video card had more than 4GB of VRAM, the HD textures + the bazillion odd polygons Gaige procs when IO goes off use more memory than the game knows how to address and you get that dialog plus a quick trip to the desktop.
