I've disabled hardware accel, latest technology, and have tried streaming in fullscreen, windowed, borderless, and windowed fullscreen. Still nothing. WebSolved it! For some reason, the later Nvidia driver updates create problems when using the default settings of the Nvidia Control Panel with Destiny 2. Navigate to: Nvidia Control Panel > Display > Adjust desktop color settings. Ensure that under (2), you have the "Use NVIDIA settings" option selected.
