WebThe Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps qualified homeowners and renters pay for heating costs. Benefits include help paying for fuel and emergency fuel delivery. You can also qualify for energy-related repairs if you are eligible for HEAP. Households are encouraged to apply for HEAP as early as possible. WebOur weatherization program is a free program available for qualifying HEAP applicants. If interested, you may call our office at 1-707-463-0303 or (800)233-4480 toll free number. Please specify that you are interested in the weatherization service and/or the heater and cooling services programs so that the appropriate application will be mailed.
