WebUnderstanding fibroscan. Hi all, I (36M) I am posting because I had a Fibroscan because of a genetic condition which may lead to higher iron which can be stored in the liver. My iron panel looks good, my iron saturation is slightly elevated (50% to 58%) and ferritin is down to 90s after one blood draw and started at 270.
